Grants: The Proposal Process

  1. Proposal introduced at sub-committee: (Staff and Curriculum Development and Career Development)
  2. Sub-committee approves, rejects, or requests further information.
  3. If further information is requested, the response comes back to that committee.
  4. Approved proposal sent to executive committee.
  5. Executive committee approves, rejects, or requests further information.
  6. If further information is requested, the response comes back to the executive committee.
  7. Lead agency notified of decision.
  8. Funds distributed through invoices.
  9. Evaluation completed and returned.
